Bargello Flame Large Table Runner Pattern

Bargello is a design type which quilters have found a way to translate into quilts. This Bargello table runner is made using the Flame version of the design. I wanted to see how full strip roll would work and this became a large table runner which is perfect for my kitchen table. Plain, batiks or smaller patterned fabrics work well with Bargellos as larger patterns don’t show up. When choosing fabrics, go for a wide tonal range. This runner uses the whole of a strip roll fabric set. I used a Bali Pop which features batik fabrics in a wide range of colours.
